Begin the prescribed reps at the start of each interval. Rest until the next minute starts. Complete 3 total rounds of:
After 3 rounds, rest as needed, then finish with: KB Complex FinisherPerform 5 reps on the right, 5 on the left (10 rounds total). Take as much rest as needed.
