There’s one thing that most people trying to lose body fat tend to miss completely.

The interesting thing is:

-- It’s not their workout

-- It’s not their meal plan

It’s actually a tiny moment that happens right before they eat.

You see, a lot of people think that fat loss comes down to having the perfect plan, the perfect macros, the perfect diet, and the perfect workout.

But the problem many people miss is that much of eating happens automatically.

Let’s take an example:

-- You walk into the kitchen

-- You sit down at night

-- You feel stressed and grab something.

Suddenly, you’re snacking before you even realize food is involved.

And you didn't think about it or plan it - but it just happened!

I call this “automatic eating.”

It’s one of the biggest reasons I see people struggle to lose body fat, even though they “know what to do".

So here’s the hack:

-- Instead of trying to white-knuckle it and rely on willpower, you learn how to interrupt that automatic moment.

-- It’s a CBT-style technique (short for cognitive-behavioral therapy).

-- It creates a tiny “pause button” between the urge to eat and the decision to eat.

-- Then, when you catch that moment, you can actually choose what you want to do next.

-- You can choose to eat something good and healthy

-- You can choose to stick to the plan

-- Or you can realize you weren’t even hungry in the first place.

It almost sounds too simple, but once people learn this skill, it can make a big difference.
